The Giddy Up

“The Giddy Up” — This is a very fun exercise. While down on “all fours”, shift all of your body weight forward while doing a thrusting motion with your hips. At the same time, squeeze your legs inward, mimicking the act of riding a horse. This exercise tightens, strengthens and tones the thigh muscles.

The Stallion KickBack

“The Stallion Kickback” — There are three different versions of this exercise. The easiest one requires the following: While standing, lift your right knee toward your stomach, put it back down, and then lunge backward. Do the same thing with the left knee, and repeat with each leg alternating.

Kenya was on Anderson Cooper sharing some of her workout tips and tricks ahead of her workout video release.

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore shared some workout tips on Anderson Cooper’s talk show Feb. 26 ahead of the upcoming release of her exercise DVD.

“[You have to isolate] the muscles, so you can help to firm, lift and round them out,” Moore, 42, said while demonstrating a glute exercise.

Kenya Moore tells the world that her butt is real and homegrown.

“If you’re gonna sell a video talking about bottoms, you need to have one that’s homegrown,” Phaedra, 40, told In Touch. “I’ve never been altered by plastic surgery. My butt is really my butt. [Kenya’s] is full of silicone!”

Meanwhile, Kenya insists her butt is 100% real. “My behind is REAL,” Moore blogged. “I work hard for this body and it’s built from sweat and dedication to fitness, not a plastic surgeon’s scalpel …. I am person that very much believes in staying in shape.  It is very important for me to feel and look good inside and out.    I have been working out consistently for over 23 years.  I believe physical fitness is a journey that starts with what you eat, then exercising.  Staying consistent on what you eat and working out are the corner stones of keeping your body in good shape.

I created because I wanted to share how I have been able to stay in shape for 23 years by first and foremost eating a nutritious diet and second working out. Working out includes, Muscle building and Cardio exercises.   You look your best when you combine the two.  One without the other leaves a deficiency.
